Avocados

There's nothing you can't do with avocados. According to a study by Dias in 2015, minerals found in avocado oil, which includes potassium, magnesium, and biotin help seal cuticle cells that help in making our hair stronger, shinier, and healthier than ever. Biotin helps in stimulating keratin production in hair and can increase the rate of follicle growth. With these minerals present in avocados, your hair will most likely be looking its best both from the inside and the outside. A lot of people also use avocado as a hair mask, so go on and give it a try. You can also add avocados in salads, in toasts, in juices and shakes, and many more.
