Returns Policy

Mayraki understand that you might change your mind after receiving the product or the product that you receive is not the one that you want. Please let us know within 3 days after you receive the product to our support email at

Mayraki will advise you to send back the product to our warehouse. After the product reach our warehouse, we will need to assertain that product is in original packaging and has not been used before.

After the verification is completed, Mayraki will then commence the refund process. Please note that the refund process might take 7 - 10 working days to complete. Your fund will be credited back to your credit card / paypal account depending on the mode of payment that you used.

Mayraki reserves the right to reject the return and refund if the product has been used or not in the original packaging condition. Also, Mayraki reserves the right to modify it's exchange and return policies at any time, without prior notice.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is complete. Your tracking information will be sent via email when your order has been processed.

Error in Shipping Information

You are responsible for providing sufficient and accurate shipping address (including street address, block and unit number, or postal code). L’OCCITANE will not be responsible for undelivered goods as a result of error in the information you provided.

Order not received

We will do our best to get your products to you at your earliest convenience, if your order has not reached you within 14 days of processing, please email with the subject line: ORDER NOT RECEIVED. Please include your order number so we can assist you.

Please expect a delay in shipping during peak periods including launches and our Black Friday Weekend promotion.

Free Standard Shipping for purchase Over US $75

We offer free standard shipping on international orders over US $75.00 before tax (with certain exclusions). Please note this does not include any taxes, duties or fees applied to your shipment.

Taxes & Duties

All US orders are shipped from our US warehouse, taxes will be applied at checkout where applicable. International orders are shipped from Netherlands. International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival.

When ordering from the recipient is responsible for these import fees and should comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for more information.

Order Cancellation

We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible so unfortunately cancellation requests cannot be considered. Please take extra care when selecting your items.

Shipping Restrictions

Please allow up to 21 business days for shipping to US territories, P.O. Boxes, FPOs and APOs. (Shipping to P.O. boxes, FPO or APO addresses is only available within the US).

If your chosen delivery address is a Shop & Ship Address, please note we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to your order after it has been delivered to your Shop & Ship address.

Shipping Fragrance – HAZMAT items

Unfortunately, due to IATA guidelines there are restrictions associated with shipping fragrance and other HAZMAT items. Due to the additional requirements, please allow an additional 2-3 days shipping for orders including fragrance.

Please note there will be no returns for fragrance. All fragrance sales are final.
